Warranty policy

SON Industrial is committed to providing warranty coverage for technical defects arising from the manufacturer during the warranty period. We work closely with our customers to ensure that all products operate stably and efficiently as expected.
To protect customer rights and provide peace of mind during product usage, SON Industrial hereby announces its warranty policy as follows:
Warranty Period
All products supplied by SON Industrial are covered under warranty according to the specific warranty period stated for each product type, commencing from the date the customer receives the goods.
Pipe accessories such as flanges, elbows, tees, and similar items are excluded from warranty coverage.
Warranty Conditions
Products are eligible for free warranty service if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is still within the warranty period.
- The malfunction is caused by technical defects or manufacturing quality issues.
- The product has not been modified, repaired, or altered by the customer or any third party.
Cases Not Covered by Warranty
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or failure to comply with operating instructions.
- Damage resulting from external factors such as natural disasters, fire, impact, or improper storage conditions.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or technical documentation, or products that have been repaired or modified by unauthorized third parties.
Warranty Procedure
SON Industrial’s warranty service process is as follows:
- Upon receiving a warranty request, SON Industrial will respond within 24 working hours.
- SON Industrial technicians will visit the site for inspection and bring backup equipment to ensure the customer’s system operation is not interrupted.
- If the defect is confirmed to be caused by the product, SON Industrial will replace defective parts free of charge or provide a one-to-one replacement of the product on-site.
- When warranty service is required, customers are requested to contact the sales department or customer service team for detailed guidance on the warranty procedure.
- Customer feedback will be acknowledged within 24 hours, and SON Industrial will inform the customer of the warranty timeline and specific solution.
Warranty Costs
- SON Industrial provides free warranty service for all cases covered under warranty.
- For cases not covered by warranty, repair costs (if any) will be quoted and notified to the customer prior to service execution.
- After the warranty period, SON Industrial offers maintenance and repair services upon customer request.
- SON Industrial is committed to supplying replacement spare parts at preferential prices.
