Delivery Coverage

SON Industrial provides nationwide delivery services through reputable logistics partners or based on specific agreements with customers.

For business customers (B2B), goods will be delivered directly to factories, warehouses, or project sites in accordance with the information stated in the contract.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery time ranges from 1 to 7 working days, depending on geographical location and product availability.

For made-to-order products, the delivery schedule will be specifically communicated during the order confirmation process.

Shipping Costs

For orders within Ho Chi Minh City, other provinces, or remote areas, shipping costs will be clearly communicated to customers prior to delivery.

In cases where customers designate their own logistics service providers, all related shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

Responsibilities During Delivery

SON Industrial is responsible for the goods throughout the transportation process until they are handed over to the customer.

Customers are responsible for inspecting the condition of the goods upon receipt. If any damage or discrepancy is identified, customers are requested to notify the Customer Service Department within 24 hours for timely support.

Special Delivery Support

SON Industrial provides special delivery services upon request, such as urgent delivery, after-hours delivery, or delivery to project sites according to the customer’s operating schedule (additional charges may apply).
