Notice of return and exchange policy

Dear Valued Customers,
SON Industrial Co., Ltd. hereby respectfully announces its return and exchange policy in order to protect customers’ rights and maintain the highest service quality throughout our cooperation.
1. Exchange regulations
- Products may be exchanged if the customer has ordered the wrong model, type, or size, provided that the product has not been installed or used. In such cases, the customer may exchange for another product; however, no refund will be issued.
- Promotional items, gifts, and discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Custom-ordered products, fabricated items, or products manufactured according to specific project requirements (not standard stock items) are not eligible for return or exchange. This is because such items are imported or manufactured exclusively for the customer’s order and cannot be reused for other customers.
- Shipping costs for product exchanges shall be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective due to SON Industrial.
2. Conditions for exchange
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 07 days from the date the customer receives the product.
- The product must remain in its original condition, with intact seals, labels, and packaging, and must not have been installed or used.
- Customers are required to present the original invoice or purchase documents when requesting a product exchange.
3. Return regulations
- Customers are entitled to return products in cases of technical defects, manufacturer-related damage, or discrepancies compared to the original order.
- Refunds for defective products will be processed via the customer’s bank account.
- SON Industrial shall bear 100% of the shipping costs in cases where the product defect is attributable to the company.
- Defect verification period: from 01 to 03 working days from the date the returned product is received. After verification, the company will notify the customer of the specific handling timeline for each case.
- If the same product is available in stock, SON Industrial will process the exchange within 03 working days from the date the returned product is received.
4. Refund policy
- For prepaid orders, if the product is defective due to the manufacturer and the customer does not wish to exchange for another product, SON Industrial will issue a refund via bank transfer.
- Refund processing time: within 07 working days from the date the company confirms that the product defect is caused by the manufacturer.
- The refunded amount will be transferred to the original payment account used by the customer.
